I was fortunate to participate in one of the dry runs put on by Luciano's Italian Restaurant. The first thing I have to say is , "thank God someone is finally caring about traditional service standards!" The disregard for good restaurant service in Laramie is tiresome. I would like to now be showing the nice invitations and menus they printed out for the occasion, but haven't figured out how to do that yet. So I will simply state the information.We ordered Snoqualmie Whistle Stop red, and were then treated to a bit of their signature cheese baked garlic bread with a freshly herbed antipasto salad. The Entrees were : Chicken Parmesan and Three Cheese Spinach Manicotti, yummy manicotti! Desert : Angel food cake with sugared strawberries, finished with a basil and aged balsalmic sauce. Perfect!
