New service by Laramie Police Dept.

Hey all you lovely Laramie friends. I got it straight from Chief Dale Stalder that if anyone bothers or says anything you don't like via text or phone, the police will take time out of their busy schedule to personally call that person and let them know not to bother you. Nice uh?
